Shipping & Returns

RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 7 days, and we will offer you an exchange refund or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

DELIVERIES

  • Standard delivery Charge is FREE to UK mainland. (Upto 20 kilos)
  • Items above 20 kilos please email for a shipping cost
  • Approximately 7 - 10working days from confirmation of order
  • Fabric orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled.
  • You will be informed if any product is out of stock at our earliest convenience
  • Deliveries will be by courier or Royal Mail
  • Deliveries must be paid for prior to delivery
  • Please do not book your decorator until you have received your order as we will not be held reposible for any delay with your order.
  • Please note that orders placed on or after 12th December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before christmas.

RETURNS

In addition to your legal rights:

Exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • providing it is returned in its original packaging & fit for re-sale
  • Original till receipt required as proof of purchase
  • Refunds will be given by the same method as your purchase
  • If payment was made by debit/credit card, the same card must be used
  • No refunds will be given for made to measure, cut or mixed products

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a till receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


PRODUCTS DELIVERED:

As above, plus:

  • Refunds given, less any collection & re-stocking charges incurred by us
  • You must inform us by email, telephone, or in writing of any items to be collected, and the reason why
  • No claims can be made against Farnworth Design Studio after a 6 month period from the date of order no matter what the reason.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure items are packaged properly and insured against loss and damage before returning to us as we cannot accept responsibility for any of the above.
  • We must be advised of any damages, wrong items, or short deliveries within 24 hours of delivery by telephone or email
